Packerland Mortgage Professionals, Inc. was created to fill
the need for personalized home lending. A mortgage company was
needed that would not only take the time to listen to your needs,
but also provide you with an education about mortgages and finances
at the same time.
The founders took their expertise in creative financing for
people recovering from economic crisis and combined their problem-solving
know-how with conventional low-cost mortgage choices. Their objective
is always to find the lowest cost way to help you make your dreams
come true.

The
company founders are a husband and wife team who brought their "Win-Win" Customer
Service styles and personalities to the process of providing
home loans. Joseph
and Debra Sule find it very fulfilling to help people enjoy the
same home ownership dream that has provided them so much personal
satisfaction. Ever since their own home has provided them so
many rewarding home improvement, gardening, and landscaping projects,
they have been committed to sharing the dream with as many people
as possible!
While their home improvement efforts haven't
resulted in any formal recognition, their gardening efforts have
resulted in their yard being featured in both the tenth and fifteenth
annual Green Bay Botanical Garden fundraising "Garden Walks" (1998
and 2003)!
